In the pre-qualify section, we would want this to have multiple steps of pre-qual that basically just mimic our franchise application. We don't really need things like "annual income", but rather a better understanding of their business history and strenghts.

Remove years operating and make this a range or something... I think we need to make these less specific otherwise prospecitve buyers will hold us to those metrics which could be sticky situation when we present them with an option for a real franchise location and it doesn't match up

Remove exact asking prices and make it a range of prices. Remove the city that the franchise is located in and just keep the State so that it's not hyperspecific to a given location. I also think for some, we could even remove the exact franchise concept and just put the industry so it's not tailored directly to one franchise concept.

Remove mention of brokers - we don't superbroker deals so I don't think this should be included.

Update the year at the bottom to 2025

Please remove most stuff about SBA financing and I think we should tailor this site more towards CURRENT franchisees, and try to steer away from start up franchisees beacuase that is not our sweet spot

For the "average frachise value" part, I think that number is way too high and isn't reflective of our general business so I think that should be removed or something. Maybe an average value based on some of the top concepts?
